Common questions

Is my Instagram account safe?

You connect through Instagram's own login, so we never see your password. Every private reply follows Instagram's rule: one per comment, within 7 days. You can disconnect in Settings at any time.

Will the replies sound like me?

They are written from your own posts and captions, in the language each comment was written in. You read every draft and can edit it before it goes.

Who sends the replies?

You do. The agents draft and you press Send. Nothing goes out under your name without you.

What if I have fewer than 10?

The report counts what it finds and never pads the number. If people watch you but rarely write, the report says so before you pay anything.

Do I need to connect Instagram to see the report?

No. The report reads your public posts and comments from your handle alone. You connect when you want the agents working.

How much does it cost?

The report is free. The agents are $19 a month after a 7-day trial. Your page, checkout and bookings stay free either way, and your clients pay the fees on top of your price.

What happens after the trial?

Stripe emails you before the trial ends. If you keep the agents, $19 a month starts. If you cancel, they stop, and your page keeps selling and taking bookings for free.
