You can reschedule your bookings with Elizaveta up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Simply go to your booking details and select a new available time slot. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the booking is not possible, as Elizaveta plans their schedule in advance and this would result in a lost time slot. You can reschedule the same booking a maximum of three times.
Elizaveta does not offer refunds. All purchases are final because your payment goes directly to Elizaveta. Please make sure you are ready to commit to your bookings before purchasing a package.
All purchased bookings must be scheduled within 90 days from the date of purchase. If a booking is not scheduled within this 90-day period, it will expire and cannot be used. Make sure to schedule all your bookings before they expire.
If you do not show up for your scheduled booking with Elizaveta, the booking will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Please make sure to attend your bookings or reschedule them at least 24 hours in advance.
You need to pay a 5% service fee and an additional 4% transaction fee to cover all expenses so that Elizaveta receives their full payment.
