Last week our user, Marie, messaged me about a headache: one student kept moving the same booking — four times. Marie planned her day, the slot was reserved, and then… another reschedule.

So we fixed it.

We're introducing a Rescheduling Limit: the same booking can be moved up to 3 times. After that, it's locked.

And to make tough conversations simpler, we're rolling out Smart Policies. Every tutor now has a public Terms page with rescheduling, refunds, package expiration, no‑shows, and fees. Instead of debating rules in chat, just point clients to "Terms" on your page.

This protects your calendar, cuts awkward back‑and‑forth, and keeps expectations clear.

For now, Terms are the same for everyone and not editable yet. Got ideas? DM me on Instagram.
